David Mersault

David Mersault is a North Dakota native, former boxer, political candidate, Congressional Aide, Elementary school teacher in LA public schools. Chicago Golden Gloves Boxing Champion. He spent several years in the Chicago theatre scene. Favorite roles include: Bent (Max), Terra Nova (Scott), Julius Caesar (Cassius), Reservoir Dogs (Mr. White), Red Dragon (Jack Crawford), The Crucible (John Proctor). He appeared in "Edward II" with Ammar Daraiseh, "Just Say No" with Greg Lougainis. Was a contestant on "Jeopardy!" in 2000. He had a recurring role on CBS's "The Guardian" as Gene Everton, City Attorney. His most recent play- "Among the Thugs"- (Odyssey Theatre, LA), winner of Best Ensemble Awards by 2004 LA Drama Critics' Circle, and LA Weekly Theatre Awards.
