With his boyish face and chiseled body, it's no wonder that blond-haired blue-eyed Rusty Joiner is one of the biggest names in the modeling industry. Born Jason Russell Joiner in Montgomery, Alabama on 11 December 1972, Rusty grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. There he attended Georgia Southern University as a student athlete, cheerleader and gymnastic coach for four years.
As soon as Rusty was discovered by modeling agencies, he began participating in photo-shoots in Europe. Eventually he rose to success with ad campaigns for companies such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Prada, Levis, Rips Underwear, and Powerade. He has landed dozens of magazine photo-shoots and covers, including Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan, Men's Health, and Men's Fitness.
Rusty later moved to Los Angeles, where he has recently found work in feature films, television and commercials. His first appearance on the big screen was a small, nonspeaking part in Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. He has made guest appearances on TV shows such as CSI: Miami and ER.
