Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, Hutzler is a self-proclaimed “Air Force brat” who has lived in Alaska, Colorado, Ohio, New York, Hawaii, Vermont and Michigan. He attended Michigan State University to play lacrosse and studied Biology.
Hutzler’s first acting job was as “Craig,” the date-rapist, on an episode of NBC’s popular Saturday morning hit, “Saved by the Bell.” Other television credits include “7th Heaven,” “I’m With Her,” “She Spies,” “Ally McBeal,” “Charmed” and “Angel” in which he played the demon “Landok” in multiple episodes. Hutzler enjoys traveling to “Angel” conventions overseas and continues to do so twice a year. Film credits include “Totally Blonde” and “Legally Blonde.” Most recently Hutzler was seen as “Cody Dixon” on the CBS daytime drama “Young and the Restless” and has also appeared in “As the World Turns” and The Guiding Light.”
